A++customer service

The customer service at knife center is excellent. They solved my concerns in no time flat. Other companies can't compare. Looking forward to future business with them. Way better than another blade company. (That I used to do business with)

Love knifecenter always something i want. Shipments are always fast. Only problem is just like with guns never enough money to buy everything you want lol

Knife Center is probably one of the…

Knife Center is probably one of the Best all-around selection of brands I've found. I guess you can tell by the orders I've selected on !! I would like to see a personal account system where we could buy directly through your company (receiving the knife in advance if you're a regular customer and or being allowed to put money back in an account set up through your company instead of going to an in-between financial institution !! Thanks again guys for the great shopping experience. Greg Alexander.

Fantastic Service

My story is that I was tracking a beautiful Boker Plus knife as a knife that I would like to buy. Suddenly, I find that the knife I want to buy is no longer in stock at Knife Center, and WORSE, is no longer even listed on the Boker website. So I contact Knife Center, and I ask if the knife I want to buy is discontinued. Knife Center IMMEDIATELY responds to tell me that the knife is indeed out of stock, but NOT listed as discontinued, but also inform me that they cannot track availability unless they have an active order.
I regard that as fair (a vendor cannot spend all of its energy tracking availability requests for random queries that may never result in an actual purchase), so I place an order for two knives (one for me, and one for my son who has just returned from deployment in Iraq).
I DO NOT expect that this order will ever be fulfilled - I am virtually CERTAIN that i have placed an order for a discontinued product.
To my GREAT surprise, Knife Center sends me multiple updates (from PEOPLE, not auto-generated computer messages), to let me know that they are tracking my order, and finally, against all hope, ship and fulfill my order.
I highly recommend Knife Center to ANYONE looking for excellent customer support in this day and age of POOR customer support, and I would also like to give a shout out not only to Knife Center Support in general, but ALSO to Jamie, Patty, Melinda, and Crystal in particular, as people who responded to my emails and/or provided updates. The willingness and extra effort to keep the customer updated as to order status - even when order status is "we are still waiting for updates from the manufacturer" is HIGHLY appreciated.
ASIDE from all of the above, the Boker Plus Yurco is a beautiful knife that exceeds ALL of my expectations, and is a fitting gift for my son as a fixed-blade knife that is street-legal.

Great experience

Looking for a pocket knife and they offer so many options! Selection is almost insane and they provide youtube reviews of different knifes as different price points and competitions. Very useful!

I can only “questimate” my most recent experience since I just made the purchase moments ago. Previous transactions were relatively flawless. But I do have purchase points from a purchase months ago that never loaded to my total.

Knifecenter, best Customer service in the business

Knifecenter has THE BEST customer service I’ve ever had. They’re not just some internet company, they’re real people that want you to have the knife you want as much as you do. If there were 6 stars I would give it to them!
